We currently have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who has previous experience working on a SalesForce (SFDC) system to join a leading End User client in their central London offices.

As their SalesForce Business Analyst, you will use your deep knowledge and experience implementing SalesForce functionalities and engage with key business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements. You will also be responsible for creating and designing the required solution to meet these requirements and influence key stakeholders to get their buy in to the solution that you have designed. You will also work with the developers/consultants to build the required solution as well as work with the business for any process changes that may be required. Finally, you will also be responsible for proactively identifying further SalesForce functionalities the business can leverage off and build the business case for implementing such functionalities.

To be successful in this position you must have:
-Extensive Business Analysis experience.
-Previous experience implementing SalesForce (SFDC) CRM solutions.

Previous experience working on other CRM systems will be highly regarded.
