They are a labour exchange website which enables users to post tasks, completed by people who want a flexible way to make a living. They have just secured $35m in a recent round of funding, currently have 150,000 tasks every month and the marketplace has created over £100M per year of earnings. Due to their rapid success, they have recently launched a London office as part of their international expansion strategy.

Your new role

As the Social Media & Community manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media and content strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring social media and blog messaging remains on- brand and ties with overall marketing activities. You will also be planning multi-channel social content, managing the UK blog, develop weekly content plans, drive engagement with the community as well as monitoring activity/ trends whilst providing regular updates/ reporting on acquisition and engagement.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role, with creative experience of writing blogs and posts and high performing social media copy. You will have extensive knowledge and understanding of social media platforms with exceptional storytelling ability.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive an excellent basic salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience, as well as benefits & share options.
