Membership/Retention Marketing Specialist

You will work for a well-known bank based in Canary Wharf. They have an excellent events and client relationship team who are prestigious across the industry, there is always growth in the team. This role will suit someone who has experience within the financial services industry, ideally with membership management and alumni relations experience.
Your new role
You will act as the key point of contact for the Alumni relations team, liaising between offices across EMEA and in the UK with the purpose of managing memberships/website and social as well as events logistics for the Alumni or the organisation across the EMEA region. You will report into the Director of the department and also manage key stakeholder relationships. Stakeholder management, website and social media are key elements of this position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have managed the membership base (including retention and recruitment) in the past, ideally within financial services however this isn't essential - or a membership organisation. You will have managed internal and external communications both online and offline (including social media). You will have excellent communication skills, and be a creative individual with the ability to generate new ideas.
What you'll get in return
You will earn a day rate of up to £275 per day (LTD) - this role has the opportunity to be made perm after 6 months at a salary of £45,000.
