Marketing and Data Scientist / Associate Director - Global Market Research Agency
World class market research agency seeks a Data Scientist or Statistician with experience of working in a data consulting/research setting to provide guidance on methodologies and to run sophisticated analytics projects.
You will be joining a long-established, highly respected Marketing & Data Science team who effectively act as an internal consulting practice for technical advice and support to research teams in the design and execution of projects as well as providing statistical analysis input into sales proposals.
As an experienced Data Scientist in your field and with a significant degree of autonomy, you will typically take responsibility for setting up and managing analytical projects using techniques including (but not limited to) Segmentation, Regression, Chi-Square, Factor Analysis, Brand Mapping, Significance Testing, CHAID etc. Being a key player in a small (8 head), non-hierarchical, agile team, you will collaborate with clients and researchers over methodology and sampling issues to support clients’ marketing and/or business challenges as well as contributing to team strategy and growth. Reporting to the Director, you will play an active role in coaching and training other researchers in statistical matters and will be keen to develop within the team and company to provide the next generation of leadership.
