A leading and established company in the consumer goods sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drivethe Marketing team, within an exciting yet challenging environment

Working closely with the new product development and brand teams, you will be a key figure in developing tools to maximise product outreach on the market.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
  • Develop regional marketing plan based on global direction & strategic/regional priorities
  • Building and fostering strong relationships with individual brand owners to drive the strategic direction of our portfolio
  • Assist subsidiaries in the UK and abroad with marketing efforts.
  • Developing successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum results
  • Ensuring that mechanisms are in place to align channel strategies with brand strategies
  • Work with the NPD team to to manage catalogue production and distribution.
  • The ability to implement tactical and strategic marketing initiatives whilst managing multiple projects.
  • Work across the business to align the marcoms strategy across the team
  • Develop best in class tools which will enable their retail customers to sell their products
  • Identifying and championing the right collateral and materials to make the best impact
Requirements of the Marketing Manager
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a consumer facing marketing role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential.
  • A degree in marketing or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to manage members of a team is essential.
