Your new company are UK leading Energy Utilities organisation. They provide a vital role in the operation of the electricity market. This organisation is based in an excellent location in Central London and is serviced by excellent transport links. You will support the communications function.
Your new role
You will developing, implementing and evaluating Programme level communication strategies and plans, which optimise understanding, buy-in and the involvement of key stakeholder groups. You will deliver a successful communications and engagement plan to ensure that the broader impact of the change on internal and external stakeholders is understood and communicated effectively. You will be able to use a wide range of skills to deliver creative through various channels and although you will be a part of a wider team you will focus solely on the delivery success of the programme.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience within a Communications role at a programme level working with stakeholders on transformational change. You will be organised and able to prioritise and manage a number of projects simultaneously as well as having the ability to be a confident team player who is able to build relationships quickly with senior stakeholders. Additionally you will be a creative individual with an attention detail.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid a salary of £50,000-£55,000 and an additional benefits package. You will work in an established organisation and get to be part of the growth of the company. You will work in a busy working environment which offers a challenge and great opportunity to further you're credentials.
