Our client, a specialist financial services provider, has a great opportunity for a Communications Business Partner to join their team in Leicestershire.

Our client are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable and passionate Communications Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something very exciting. The successful candidate will be responsible you will be responsible for a plethora of projects, such as delivering powerful messaging to our group-wide employees, managing external newsletters, creating inspiring content for both offline and online delivery and organising award entries to ensure the business continue to be recognised as a leader in their space.  Raising the profile and engagement of the executive team will be a priority, as well as working closely with the PR, Digital and People teams to ensure consistency of messaging.

The Successful candidate will have experience

Writing and creating powerful marketing and digital content that has impact and delivers results

Planning, managing and developing content marketing that drives sales and increases industry awareness

Managing the development and delivery of internal communications through email and the intranet newsfeed to increase employee engagement and awareness

Change communications and key stakeholder engagement

Creating and editing content for newsletters

Managing and developing processes to monitor and improve communications activity, reporting and analysis

A relevant degree (or equivalent experience).

Experience of developing content plans and implementing communications strategies in a similar environment

Experience in a mixture of executive, internal and external communications

Experience in rapid response communications

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

A background in delivering effective, integrated communications across a range of channels

A ‘self-starter’ attitude with plenty of initiative

The ability to successfully manage competing priorities with tight deadlines

Excellent organisation, creative and critical thinking skills
