Supporting our client partners, you’ll provide our fab clients with a brilliant experience day in, day out. As well as keeping the wheels turning dealing with day-to-day requests, you’ll roll your sleeves up and get stuck into managing all kinds of projects from planning media campaigns, organising events and managing social media strategies, to launching new HR initiatives and creating shiny new careers websites. Put simply, your role will be to apply the very best marketing and communications solutions, so some of the biggest brands around can continue to attract, recruit, engage with and keep hold of the very best talent.
No stranger to the world of marketing, recruitment, resourcing or HR consultancy, you’ll support our Client Partners and work alongside a talented team of specialists and creatives. You’ll also work with up and coming team members who’ve got bags of potential and it will be up to you to help them realise it by managing, inspiring and guiding them every step of the way. You’ll also get to know our Flock as well as we do. They are a group of freelance creative specialists who we draw upon to deliver award-winning work on time, to budget and beyond expectations. As you’ll soon discover, we like to do things a bit differently around here.
