Your new role
This is a London-level role, minus the commute. You'll manage a portfolio of high-profile global brands and have accountability for on-boarding clients, planning and creating engaging campaigns and leading delivery teams. No two days are the same; from providing creative briefs and channel strategies to delivering pitches and proposals, as well as creating and monitoring budgets and financial reports. All the work is linked to internal communications and includes creating brand awareness, employee engagement and brand re-positioning as well as other internally focused Communications.
You'll consult with stakeholders, produce creative and technical . In addition you will advise on deliverables and be responsible for all financial elements including campaign budgets and organisational growth.
Clients are internationally based so some travel will be required.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a senior Account Manager/ Account Director role within a marketing or advertising agency is essential. You'll be a marketing generalist and have a strong portfolio of planning and managing a variety of online and offline campaigns. Client-liaison experience is essential, as is people management and the ability to manage a number of projects at any one time. You will have an exceptional level of attention to detail and experience of copywriting, editing and proofreading documents. You'll have a proven track record of delivering successful pitches and developing existing accounts. A clear driving licence and willingness to travel is required.
