Working with some of the largest pharma brands in the world, this integrated agency is well respected in the healthcare sector. They are at the forefront in delivering meaningful experiences whilst providing effective solutions to their clients’ challenges. They are now looking for a Digital Strategy Director to lead their busy digital team.

If you’re a Senior Digital Strategist wanting a step up, or a Strategy Director looking for your next challenge then this may be the role for you.

The strategist

You’re already a leader in delivering strategic digital thinking in the healthcare category and have the gravitas to inspire and motivate those around you. You’re the ‘go-to’ Digital Strategist in the agency, flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment, you take on board feedback yet have conviction in your view points.  You pride yourself on your excellent communication and presentation skills, thriving in pitch mode you relish the opportunity to get involved in new business. You’re up-to-date with the latest digital strategy and seek ways in which you can bring these capabilities to life solving clients' business problems.

Leading the strategic vision for all digital projects, this is a pivotal role in the agency, working with the brand and digital teams you’ll be involved in the full life cycle from pitch to final delivery.

The day-to-day

  • Interpreting audience data / segmentation models
  • Undertaking research: constructing surveys and interviews
  • Use of customer engagement frameworks / tools
  • Conducting trends and competitor analysis
  • Social media listening tools and insight generation
  • Content strategy
  • Defining and building partnership strategies
  • Defining analytics and measurement plans
  • Shaping and participating in new business initiatives and pitches
