Customer Research and Data Insight Manager - Clientside
High profile travel company has responded to needs in the market by creating a new role which will be pivotal in delivering actionable insights to the business. The business is evolving all the time and data is becoming more important so this hybrid role encompassing data development and analysis and customer research. The key remits of the role are to:
· Monitor and track performance of the customer journey by analysing and summarising key findings from on-going customer trackers (including brand tracker, customer sat, online panels)
· Manage and deliver ad hoc research supporting our business strategy
· Proactively explore and investigate customer data using statistical expertise to help the business take decisions
· Act as a guardian of data and act as a data steward
Bringing expertise from managing classic (largely quant) market research as well as proven experience in manipulating data, running analysis and data modelling you will be in a position to really drive new insights within an established Insights team. You will have support and stimulus from your team members but you will also have accountability to deliver commercial insights. As such you must be able to demonstrate how previous projects have lead impacted the client/ business and you will have a strong commercial acumen and be able to tell story with data which make sense to the business.
