The Digital Marketing Executive Role:

Marketing Admin:


+ Providing administrative support to the Marketing department
+ Keeping our databases up-to-date by inputting new data and ensuring all seasonal content is available for our distributors to use

Research and Development:

+ Sourcing materials and assets for marketing purposes
+ Supporting marketing activities including photoshoots, campaigns and events

Content Creation:

+ Supporting collaborative partnerships where necessary including influencer platforms and bloggers to produce content in-line to brand guidelines
+ Experience with photography with a creative eye, being able to create content internally for SM platforms and website

CRM – EMAIL:

+ Work alongside the Ecommerce team who will provide the strategies with guidelines to write copies and upload them into the content calendar
+ Ability to build stories around provided creatives, understanding graphic design and email creative specifications

FB Paid Adverts:

+ Understanding of buying ads across social media platforms
+ Contribute significantly to creative brainstorms for adverts
+ Understand the creative direction of the advert and align copy accordingly
+ Gain an in depth knowledge of the company's image bank so you can provide assistance with developing and designing creatives for adverts
+ Have the creative ability to take create assets on hand in house where needed e.g. photography or graphic design
+ Create multiple copies for adverts which are aligned with different varieties of target consumer across different KPI's: prospecting/retargeting 
+ Understand the acquisition strategy via weekly meetings with the Paid Social manager.
+ Use understanding of acquisition to deliver different advertising messages and therefore boost conversion rates
+ Manage and deliver content and copies via schedule manager Loomly
+ Additional ad hoc copy writing for brand partnerships and promotions.
+ Manage content blogger partnerships by communicating our brand/acquisition guidelines to them, so they can provide us with suitable assets
+ Reviewing the content which they provide
+ Providing feedback where necessary to ensure the images we get meet brand/acquisition criteria
+ Organising deliveries of shoes to go out to them
+ Tracking social posts they put up featuring our products, and feeding this into our image database

Social Media:

+ Responsible for managing all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and our blog
+ Responsible for creating and uploading daily content across all channels including photos, videos, IG stories, GIFs and copy
+ Must have excellent written communication skills to speak in the brands tone-of-voice, with a creative eye for engaging content, keeping in-line to the brand strategy
+ Experience with IG stories – creating, uploading and using key features to be aligned with acquisition strategy
+ Manage the daily engagement across all SM channels as well as working alongside the Customer Service team to support customer concerns across SM both visible on the pages and in our private inbox
+ Ability to analyse insights, to give feedback, producing weekly reports and prioritise content and IG stories according to performance
+ Experience in using multiple programs including Loomly, Schedugram, Canva and Icon-square
+ Responsible for making sure all product content used is aligned with stock levels
+ Providing weekly blog content in-line to the brand guidelines
