This opportunity is for a multi category blue chip business with world leading brands across an extensive portfolio. 

We're looking for an addition to their well-resourced, Trade Marketing team. 

This company knows how to maximise growth, not only by continued sales but also a strong focus on bringing new, innovative, highly invested products to the market. 

Growing, despite category trends and stealing share from some of their biggest rivals in the market with aggressive yet calculated tactics.

They're an autonomous business with a reputation for developing their own quickly and rewarding handsomely, they have one of the best progression schemes and training schemes in the world. 


About The Opportunity: 

Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG Blue Chip


  • £45,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary
  • Full Corporate Package

As a Trade Marketer in this business you sit within the Commercial Sales function, working with one of the top 4 grocery accounts with an NSV of over £50m.

The role requires robust commerciality. 

You'll spend time with your internal stakeholders working on strategy as wells as lots of time with your customers. Because of the nature of the business and huge brands, the insight driven style of working is second to none and you will sit as category captains. 


About You:

Ambition is key here as these guys recruit for at least 2-3 promotions within their business. Just being able to do the job is not what they want, and it shouldn't be what you want either.  

We're looking for future leaders, high potential managers and someone who will raise the bar.  

You only have to look at the profiles in the business and the stories of progression in order to see that if you work hard and achieve, the possibilities are endless. 

What you'll need:

  • Classic FMCG training background.
  • Food, Household, Personal care experience.
  • Grocery retail experience is essential.
  • Real JBP experience.
  • P&L exposure.
  • Passion for branding.
  • Examples of growth achievements in previous roles.
  • NPD launch involvement examples.
