Situated in the heart of Manchester, this is an opening with a multi-award winning marketing and digital agency, where you will be given the opportunity to work with a wide variety of iconic brands which can only add value to your career.

The role

On a day to day basis, you will be developing award-winning campaigns for a raft of well-known brands, across different sectors from FMCG to Utilities. They will have an online and offline focus, and you will oversee each campaign from idea to completion. Your key focus will be to manage clients' expectations by overseeing the creative and strategic development of each campaign. Typical campaigns will encompass all channels including TV, Radio and Outdoor advertising, Digital including Social Media and Web Advertising, In-store POS, Experiential / Events etc. It will also involve managing budgets and timescales, guiding a team of account managers and executives, and presenting and pitching ideas to clients effectively and reporting after campaigns on their success rates. You will also contribute to the agencies growth plans and strategy, and maintain and build upon the agencies relationship with key stakeholders.

What we're looking for

To be considered for the role, you will have considerable experience of handling integrated marketing campaigns which may have been gained in an agency environment. It is also important that you have a sound insight into developing both online and offline campaigns which impact on increasing consumer interaction and awareness. It is desirable that you will have a formal degree at minimum 2:1 level in marketing or a related discipline, as well as a stable and progressive career to date. An understanding of online retail would be an advantage as is exposure to running and managing a small team of marketers or junior account handlers. On a personal level, you will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work at a strategic level but someone who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in where necessary.
