Digital User Experience Manager
This consumer service business are a leader in their field yet are new to maximising the benefits of digital to their customers. In this newly created role as User Experience Manager you'll work within the digital team to look across the various digital journeys and identify opportunities to improve the user experience. You'll need to be familiar with UX standards and will lead the digital design and content improvement plan for multiple brands within the group. To be considered you will need to be a specialist within Digital User Experience with strong commercial awareness and an ability to manage user experience enhancements through collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
·Utilise available data resources and analysis to identify opportunities for improvements to online user experience.
·Understand the emotions and motives of customers in their online journeys and create solutions which will enhance experience.
·Work with the digital team and wider business to establish the commercial business benefit to optimising user experience.
·Constantly monitor and review all aspects of digital to test and improve every touch point.
·Brief UX designers to create seamless designs and monitor their development to launch and beyond.
·Confident User Experience (UX) expert with experience in service led businesses.
·Meticulous attention to detail ensuring every UX change is done so to the best possible outcome.
·Able to utilise a range of digital tools for analytics and content management.
·Strong stakeholder management skills, used to managing internal and external stakeholders at a range of levels.
