As part of the wider European business, the job of Regional Marketing Executive for Germany is available - based within the UK business in Basingstoke.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the regional implementation of Pan European marketing strategies with the trade in Central Europe, specifically Germany, ensuring the flawless execution of go to market plans and strategic marketing activities. You will be responsible for both reporting & POS Management; evaluating the brand's in store performance, developing and delivering relevant solutions, and assuming the role of regional marketing expert who regularly reports on local trends and activity that affect the brand's competitiveness within the general market place.
You will also play a central role in Key Account Trade Marketing Management Support, ensuring all marketing activity is aligned to pan European commercial and strategic objectives and taking ownership of how they are perceived at retail for each key account. You will also track and measure marketing activity within each key account to demonstrate ROI and quantify marketing activity. You will also take responsibility for Field Account Trade Marketing Management; taking ownership for how they look and perform at retail within the region, providing support to field accounts in the Central region and account manage selected accounts, and ensure all marketing activity is aligned to pan European commercial and strategic objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the geographic responsibility of this role, we require applicants with fluency in both German and English, to be based in the UK but able to travel to Germany on occasion. You will utilise your experience in a B2B, customer-facing marketing role including retail marketing, POS and promotion management, budgetary responsibility, campaign planning and execution, and creating marketing plans. You will be organised, with good time management and communications skills, ideally with experience in a Retail/Consumer Goods industry.
