My client is a leading Health & Beauty organisation with UK offices in Hampshire and East Berkshire/West London. With over 20 years' experience developing beauty products for all ages and ranges, they are a leading worldwide name in Health & Beauty. With International offices in Europe, we are now seeking a regionally-based UK Trade Marketing Manager to manage their UK Trade/Retail Marketing.
Your new role
As UK Trade Marketing Manager you will be the company's ambassador for their brands and ranges within retail partners; you will build relationships with key retailers, provide information on in-store pricing and presentation as well as promotional plans and Trade Marketing campaigns. You will implement the launch and execution of range updates; creating and delivering effective marketing presentation, supporting the Sales with product samples and sending out marketing documents & training manuals to retailers to ensure a consistent brand presentation. You will also be responsible for the adaptation and creation of any product and brand materials such as brochures, training guides and POS materials requested for the Market.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for applicants with experience in Trade/Retail Marketing who is able to build relationships with UK retailers such as Argos, Boots and Primark. You will be confident in creating effective in-store POS materials, creating the trade marketing calendar in line with brand launches and promotion plans, and understand product pricing analysis, market analysis and supplying sales projection based on sell-in and sell-out expectations. You will also be a confident presenter and communicator capable of being the main point of contact for all UK retailers.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and benefits including bonus, personal work phone, pension and above-average holiday. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a global organisation, working autonomously to manage the UK Trade Marketing.
