You will be working for a highly recognised sports company based out of Manchester, who have a global presence and are highly advanced in the digital area.
Your new role
As the Director of CRM you will be responsible for defining the group strategy and owning the strategic CRM execution. You will be tasked with driving the evolution of the FRM strategy, growing the fan database and defining strategies to capture relevant data across key touchpoints. The role is highly commercial, you will therefore act highly commercially, always focusing on ROI. You must have a strong understanding of CRM strategy and procedures, and will think, plan and act strategically.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will come from a B2C environment and ideally this will be from a sector such as sports, telecom, media, paid TV, retail or entertainment. You will be a highly commercial individual and will have managed large teams across a range of marketing disciplines, including data and insight, digital marketing, loyalty and campaigns. You will have the ability to analyse and interpret data and be an approachable, hard-working and ambitious individual.
