Web Analyst - Manchester City Centre - Leading tech business
We are working with an industry-leading, disruptive tech business who are currently looking for an experienced Web Analyst to join their friendly, fast-paced & innovative Digital Marketing team.
With millions of online customers, web analytics is absolutely crucial to the company's success and continued growth.
As web analyst, you will work closely with multiple channel owners to provide accurate and timely information with the aim of improving funnel conversion and driving efficiencies.

Web Analyst - Key responsibilities
As Web Analyst, you will be highly skilled in analysing and producing insightful reports to ensure ROI visibility of all the website's features that will aid decision making of all future enhancements.

*Ensure consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of core website KPIs and define various weekly and monthly Dashboard formats.
*Provide insights in to online customer behaviour through analysis of customer journeys by segment & source.
*Work alongside channel owners to drive volume growth and efficiencies by proactively identify trends and insights to help drive conversion and efficiencies.
*Manage the implementation and analysis of online experiments.
*Help develop the attribution model to understand the end-to-end customer journey.
*Own and develop campaign tagging to ensure all marketing can be accurately tracked.
*Act as internal advocate of Google Analytics to help develop a culture of data analysis across the wider business.
*Implement/improve website tagging process
Web Analyst - Required Skills
*Strong consumer web and marketing experience in an online, fast paced environment.
*Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with experience in SQL and data mining.
*Google Analytics Expert - including setting up GA, filters, goals and dashboards.
*Ability to derive insights from complex data sets and deliver recommendations in a simple and comprehensive way.
*Advanced used of Excel. Tableau is also advantageous.
*Understanding of Session Replay / heat mapping tools.
*Appreciation of web development technology.
*A sharp eye for detail with accurate grammar and spelling is a must.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 + excellent benefits.
