The position maintains Open Access (our free online article library) and subject portfolio analysis tools that result in an optimised global journals portfolio. This position acquires and analyses data and other information to support the Publishing Development team in driving effective business decisions across the journals portfolio, delivering growth of our Open Access portfolio, and accelerated growth of key subjects.

Data and Insight Analyst Main responsibilities: 

+ Maintain existing portfolio analysis tools in support of the work of the Portfolio Development Manager and the Publishing Development teams 
+ Maintain and develop improved tools to monitor and review open access performance. Produce reports on KPIs, performance metrics and target setting processes for the Open Access journals portfolio and hybrid open access titles 
+ Work with the Portfolio Development Manager and Subject Publishers to monitor the success of interventions in accelerated growth programs. 
+ Drive improvements in portfolio management reporting and analysis with relevant stakeholders. 
+ Maintain the knowledge base for the Publishing Development team.
