Junior Project Manager / Account Executive

About The Role

The responsibilities are wide ranging and for those who have experience in some areas, yet are not afraid to take on the challenge of new experiences. It’s for someone who has the ability to work on different types of tasks and successfully deliver them all. This person is proactive, organized, and solutions orientated.

Key Responsibilities

Project management - core to the role is the organizing and managing of all jobs which come through the agency and working proactively with the team to make sure the agency delivers excellence, to deadlines. This includes overseeing the management of Team Work the agency’s project trafficking system. It also includes overseeing certain projects (internal or external) and the sourcing of appropriate freelancers and vendors to help deliver projects.

Asset management & organization - overseeing the organization and storage of all agency creative work, including the management of Google Drive, the agency’s content management system.

Marketing - working with the directors to help develop marketing strategies and creative ideas as well as implement and manage marketing projects for clients.

Client services - assist the directors in liaising and supporting the clients when necessary. This can include attending client meetings, helping develop creative briefs, creating and disseminating meeting agendas and notes, and more.

Research - conduct market and creative research for clients and pitches, as well as researching resources such as designers, printers, specialists, etc.

Brainstorming - working with the team to help organize and participate in strategic, creative, or business brainstorming sessions.

Digital & social media - assist in the creating of digital strategies for our clients - manage digital campaigns, as well as supporting social media efforts both internally and for clients.

Content - drafting content plans and creating editorial calendars with the Directors.

Tech support - helping with any IT challenge that may arise and finding a solution - either through your own skills or an outside authority.

Billing - assisting in the company invoicing, tracking, and organization of receipts and

bills, and liaising with the company bookkeeper in a timely manner.

General support - a positive and proactive attitude willing to support everyone on the

team as well as errands, meetings, photo shoots, etc.

And finally - helping out on other duties as they arise
