The Role: 

As a Designer, you will inspire customers by producing innovative designs for our client’s product portfolio. 

Working closely with the Head of Design, you will: 

- Help to co-ordinate the Design function 
- Support the Sales Team by providing knowledge on product and lifestyle trends 
- Monitor competitor activity 
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Teams, ensuring clear communication and encouraging an innovative workflow between departments 
- Travel to visit the Design Team in Devon 

About You: 

To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience within a design role 
- Excellent design knowledge and creative realisation skills 
- The willingness to travel and a flexible approach to working hours 
- Strong communication skills 
- A collaborative approach
