Performance Marketing Manager

Working for a London based luxury online fashion brand, a Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will have full ownership over their paid marketing strategy, will control the performance marketing function, driving customer acquitting efforts to hit new heights of customers.

My client is a well-funded business who have grown 10 fold in the last 18 months and look to repeat this growth in 2018.

The Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will have very strong hands on experience in delivering successful paid campaigns, Facebook campaigns, Adword campaigns, driving sales, customer acquisition/retention/virality

The Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager will:

*Leading campaigns across paid channels - predominantly Paid Social, Facebook (and other social channels), Adwords, Email, Pinterest, Paid Search, PPC, etc.

*Lead the Performance marketing element of the business.

*Analyse performance of these campaigns, identifying key success metrics and optimising accordingly

*Look after a paid media budget, driving customer acquisition


Candidates for the Performance Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager / Growth Marketing Manager role must have:

- Proven experience running and optimising facebook and/or social media campaigns across paid performance channels

- Expert knowledge of growing a customer base

- Strong experience in a start-up environment driving high growth

- A highly analytical mindset, constantly analysing data to improve performance

- A strong focus on testing and data driven decision making, as well as CRO principles

- A creative mind, and be great problem solver

- Comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment where you're required to react quickly
