Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager – Off-Oxford Street Agency - To £26k

Dynamic integrated agency, located in ‘agency ad land’, is seeking a talented Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager with agency experience to join a brilliant, fun-loving team!

The Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager role

The agency requires a highly motivated Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to work across some exciting new wins for the agency.  

The successful candidate will report into an Account Director and will manage campaigns across a wide range of channels which cover advertising, CRM and digital activity.  

Primary responsibilities will include:

Account management

  • Build relationships with clients by attending face-to-face meetings and be the daily point of contact for clients by telephone and email
  • A mix of taking ownership of own campaigns, looking for proactive opportunities plus working with the Account Director as a team on bigger campaigns
  • Create and amend: external and internal status reports, time plans; client-meeting contact
  • Liaise with printers and other third-party suppliers (including media agencies), including writing of print, lasering and fulfilment briefs, and translation briefs

Financial accountability

  • Use in-house finance software to raise job numbers and estimates

Teamworking / managing staff

  • Build an excellent relationship with all internal departments
  • Provide an accurate weekly and quarterly forecast to allow accurate resource planning
  • Be positive and enthusiastic about the work, and learn to motivate creative teams
  • Manage your own time effectively by knowing how to prioritise time
  • Managing an intern


  • Write creative briefs and work closely with traffic and the creative teams to deliver high-quality creative on time
  • Traffic work through the studio
  • Appraising creative work and provide constructive feedback for creative excellence


  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the clients’ sector, their products and competitors. Demonstrate enthusiasm for the clients’ business and industry

Senior Account Executive / Junior Account Manager skills required

  • A team player
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Be proactive and have the confidence to use initiative and volunteer ideas
  • Excellent relationship-builder – with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail, confident at proofreading
  • Confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate passion for marketing and the industry
  • Can-do attitude, determined and energetic
  • Confident but flexible self-starter
  • Keen to learn new skills and immerse themselves in the world of automotive
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Experience required

  • Previously worked on fully integrated campaigns
  • Knowledge of databases from a CRM perspective preferred
  • Worked on DM and email campaign production
  • Understanding of digital campaign production
  • Experience on website-build projects would be a bonus, but is not a mandatory
