Reporting directly in to CMO, the successful candidate will work very closely with the leadership team to deliver overall marketing strategy for the organisation. They promote a can-do-culture therefore the role will suit someone who is inquisitive and solutions-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving and truly positive mindset.

The main objectives of the role include:

  • Development of marketing strategies to support business goals
  • Managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Plan and devise effective demand generation programmes, using various online and offline channels
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organisation
  • Working closely with Sales team to deliver new, upsell and renewed business
  • Monthly ROI reporting
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Line management

  • Be able to demonstrate comprehensive and all-rounded marketing expertise
  • Analytical and solutions-oriented
  • Proactive, confident self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills; with an ability to quickly develop relationships
  • Line management experience
