East Midlands FinTech firm seek a Chief Operating Officer, you will have experience of managing the day to day running of a technology business and understand how a technology firms are scaled and run, with a focus on end to end customer integration. This is a FinTech firm and all interaction with their customers is online. You will have experience improving the customer user experience, marketing, customer support and making risk improvements. Responsible for developing a "quality of services" bringing the value chain together to implement a Customer Quality Charter. You will understand the flow within software innovation. Manage product launches. Direct reports include: Procurement, Billings, Marketing, branding, Customer Services. This is a technology firm, where automation is key and they pass on these operational savings to their customers, due to pricing the firm have experience exception growth in terms of revenue and headcount and now need a COO, to mange the business, ensure the organisations fulfil their legal, statutory and regulatory responsibilities. Working in partnership with the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will ensure that both the vision and the purpose of the firm remains aligned to the requirements of their customers in the midst of significant change in an agile environment. Leading a committed team of colleagues, the COO will be responsible for driving both organisations sustainably to deliver their operational and strategic objectives.
