Senior Innovation Consultant - Groundbreaking Consultancy
This new role is a key hire for our client at a time of concentrated growth and investment. With solid PLC backing, they are a small, brilliantly staffed brand strategy and innovation consultancy based in Central London that works with established international brands in sectors that are being disrupted by new technology and new players. They help ambitious businesses create brands and experiences that people love but never expected. Their specialist offer revolves around how they interact with a client’s customers, their team spends time engaging with people - they’ll text them, they’ll go to bars with them, they’ll spend time with them using the device or service, so that how customers interact with a brand is placed in the context of their lives.
This is a senior role within the business where you will design, manage and deliver innovation consulting for some of the world’s largest and most ambitious brands. With fluency in multiple methodologies you will be fuelling innovation engagements such as trends analysis, consumer observation and interviewing, competitor analysis and ideation techniques. You will have significant experience managing senior client relationships and will enjoy nurturing a multi-disciplinary team of consultants, researchers, analysts and designers. Exposure to working with service-based clients in sectors such as hospitality, travel, technology, telecommunications and media would be an advantage.
