The Role: The Field Marketing Manager (Northern Europe) reports in to the global CMO and is part of a large marketing function. There are central functions and external agencies that will support this Field Marketing Manager to create an end to end field marketing function for Northern Europe. There is an expectancy of the role holder to drive a successful integrated marketing plan across all stages of the marketing lifecycle. Alongside the demand generation and awareness campaigns, the successful candidate will have to build and develop a partner network that will enhance the revenue opportunity across the region. This is a senior level marketing role with great opportunity in a forward-thinking, exciting technology business.

Responsibilities for the position of Field Marketing Manager (Northern Europe) include:

  • Taking ownership of the end to end field marketing programme for Northern Europe
  • Creating joint marketing programmes with a partner network
  • Working with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation
  • Developing the marketing content and proposition to translate to the region specifically
  • Planning the event programme, from owned events, partner events and attendance at trade shows
  • Tracking the programme results, measuring success, reporting on key metrics
  • Closely aligning with the sales function to define leads, lead flow and success
  • Generating MQL's and pipeline opportunity for the sales teams
  • Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to support on campaign plans

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Seven years plus experience in a field marketing position
  • Worked within a fast-growing technology business
  • Experience of marketing to the Northern European region
  • Closely worked with a BDR/Sales team to define campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • A passion to work internationally and travel
  • Worked with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
  • An ability to forge relationships at all levels
  • A degree in marketing or business

The Package for Field Marketing Manager (Northern Europe):

  • Salary: £70,000-85,000 + bonus + benefits
