Our Client is looking for a Creative Resource Manager who is bright, resourceful and a real problem solver.

As the Creative Resource Manager your role will consist of the following

  • Reporting into the Group Finance Director, Operations Director and CEO and working alongside the Executive Creative Directors and Integrated Project Directors
  • Working with the Group Finance Director to ensure minimal freelance costs
  • Working up to 6 months in advance ensuring account teams to forward plan with their clients and often sitting with the clients explaining the benefits of forward planning and the impact it has on creative and financial output
  • Building strong lasting relationships with the creatives and being the go to person if any issues should arise
  • Advising on financials and timings across the business ensuring working to an optimum level of efficiency
  • Placing briefs ensuring correct skill set and experience is taken into consideration and working closely with the Creative Directors to ensure correct casting and personal fit
  • Key decision maker in allocation of briefs taking into account casting, workload, upcoming clashes with other projects and any other factors for up to 6 months in advance
  • Working with senior management to engage a more practical approach to resourcing the team in a more efficient and cost effective way
  • Advising on timings and project costs throughout the agency and keeping a close eye on any overruns or out of scope work as per indicated in the fee
  • Dealing with all freelance and perm requirements for the department and keeping a budget for freelance costs throughout the year
  • Looking after all placement teams within the department and ensuring they are working on active briefs and are feeding the work into the ECD
  • Implementing process across the company to ensure cost effective running of projects
  • Working on various New Biz projects and involved in setting up other agency’s in the network with the correct skills and people to ensure maximum output
  • Managing the monthly, weekly and day to day resource requirements of the creative/design/artwork department
  • Looking after the diaries Creative Directors
  • Advising on project costs, timing plans and estimations on all projects
  • Dealing with the majority of the recruitment requirements and building up a database of direct contacts
  • Implementing process across the company to ensure cost effective running of projects
  • Organising client and third party meetings
  • Working on documents for the client and pitches
  • Managing client expectations across projects to ensure the client has full visibility
  • Implemented various different processes to ensure smooth running for the client and ourselves
  • Creating statements of work and timings to ensure we deliver on time and within budget
  • Working on pitches for the agency ensuring budgets are adhered to and the right people are allocated often at very late notice including organising weekend and evening studio at busy times
  • Managing 3rd party outsourcing agencies and the relationships
  • Engage with the Finance Dept on a regular basis to ensure all roles are sourced appropriately and in line with team budgets
  • Manage the workflow of all staff and allocate resources accordingly
  • Provide assistance to the Account Management team with all operational matters
