City & Capital are currently representing a highly respected & fast growing lender of specialist property finance who have retained our services with a view to appointing a confident, experienced & knowledgeable CRM Marketing Executive at a genuinely exciting time for the company.

This is a brand new role created in their award winning marketing division and will focus on the maintenance, development & optimisation of the company customer relationship management system, Hubspot. This role has been created due to the continued growth of the business & ultimately the continued growth of users, requirements and data within.

Historically this role had been undertaken as a team function, but the requirement for a full time focus on the platform is now a critical requirement. You will work closely with the lenders Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers on key marketing initiatives that require Hubspot, but will also work closely with the leaders of other business departments (users) to assist with the development of Hubspot for their requirements, such as data management, automations, workflows (etc…)

The client in question is on a continued growth trajectory and following recent years of continued growth are targeting their biggest growth years to date with some exciting objectives ahead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Championing HubSpot platform usage
  • Ensuring clean, up-to-date, actionable data
  • Creating workflows to automate processes
  • Building and analysing email campaigns
  • Segmenting database and identifying targets
  • Preparing and improving data quality
  • Understanding and reporting on data
  • Analysing lead journey and conversions

Requirements

  • Previous HubSpot or CRM experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analysis skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with best practices
  • Meeting strict deadlines
  • Ambitious to grow professionally

The ideal individual for this role will be comfortable working within a fast paced and growing environment. You will be highly organised and capable of managing & progressing multiple CRM projects simultaneously and a strong communicator, able to engage stakeholders and to drive forward requirements and project groups.

Naturally, you will have an excellent attention to detail and a process focussed mindset. You will be able to communicate ideas and strategies to various levels of seniority which may impact external and internal stakeholders.

Critically, you will be proactive in your approach & excited to be part of an award winning marketing team who are renowned as being the best in their sector.

Our client is ideally looking to pay up to c£40k for the ideal individual, though higher offers could be considered for exceptional experience or talent. Salary will be complemented by access to our clients favourable bonus scheme, that can assist with increasing annual earnings.
