Training and Event Coordinator - Trade Association

Interesting and varied role where you will be supporting the management team to deliver a wide range of events, including training courses and NVQs.

Key responsibilities will include working to a brief and budget to deliver the portfolio of events. Preparing and distributing information to delegates, stakeholders and suppliers. Preparing awards entry information and organise judging days. Develop promotional content to support the events and liaising with training groups to secure attendance.

You will need to demonstrate a good level of experience of event management, with strong customer relationship skills. Able to analyse information and produce reports with high attention to detail. Able to grasp and develop a deep understanding of the business of trade associations to provide information to business and the broader community. A confident, professional image, excellent written and verbal communication with a can do attitude. Team player and able to and enjoys being part of a small team environment.
