Offering pioneering security solutions across the globe, our client specialises in ensuring customers’ safety, protection and peace of mind. They are now looking for an Employee Communications Advisorto join their team in Milton Keynes. 

With roots dating back to the 1930s, our client has a rich, but humble heritage and have grown into one of the world’s largest security providers. They have big plans for the future and this is your chance to help write the next chapter of their success story. 

As an Employee Communications Advisor, you will implement our client’s internal communications strategy. 

Joining a team of four, you will: 

- Deliver engaging, two-way employee communications which inspire and influence staff and key stakeholders 
- Identify ways to tell our client’s story in an exciting and engaging manner to employees 
- Develop and lead a community of content owners, editors and contributors 
- Support the delivery of employee recognition communications and events 
- Work with the Head of Communications to deliver new, innovative channels that meet the needs of employees and the business 
- Help to deliver large organisational change projects 
- Measure the effectiveness of communications initiatives 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Previous experience in an internal communications role 
- Experience of delivering and managing leading-edge communication channels to engage employees, such as social media, SharePoint, MailChimp and ideally Poppulo (previously Newsweaver), as our client will be implementing this soon 
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a clear understanding of how to adapt your writing style to a company’s tone of voice 

Decisive and self-motivated, as an Employee Communications Advisor, you’ll have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Superb relationship-building abilities, a creative mindset and a strong customer focus are also key. 

A degree level qualification would be beneficial to your application.
