Our client is a leading consumer brand, currently going through huge growth. As a result of their continued investment, they have a new opportunity for an experienced email marketing and CRM executive to join their team. You'll be working predominantly across email and SMS to drive brand awareness and enhance the communications strategy. It goes without saying that you'll have an interest in email marketing, but you'll also thrive on seeing how your influence impacts on the figures.

What does the role look like?
Day to day, you will:-
- Plan the CRM strategy across digital channels (predominantly email and text)
- Segmenting data to ensure that the right customers are reached, at the right time, with the right message
- Focus on the commercial output - if your customer isn't clicking through, you'll want to know why! Open rate and CTR will be key KPIs for you, and the ideal candidate for this role will never settle for just "good enough"
- Brief the creative team 
- Test emails and using the results of your A/B testing to make informed recommendations
- Work with the wider marketing team to ensure a fully integrated approach and a consistent brand message

Think you've got what it takes?
If you have:-
- 2+ years in a role focussed on email/crm
- Worked with at least one well-known ESP
- Experience of Google Analytics
Then I want to talk to you! If you've got an understanding of HTML, you get bonus points. (Don't worry, this role doesn't involve building the emails, but if you can speak the lingo of the folks who do the build, you'll go far!)
