Senior Marketing Manager
A leading international legal practice with a truly global presence requires a Senior Marketing Manager to join its Legal Services Consultancy during an exciting time of expansion and growth. The role holder will be responsible for leading on all talent and client marketing.
Contracting is a relatively new concept for lawyers and the firm needs to invest strongly in raising the profile and attractiveness of consulting to top tier lawyers and thus the Senior Marketing Manager will be key to the firm's long term success. The role holder will be responsible for raising the firm's market profile with both lawyers and end clients and for attracting lawyers to join the firm's panel of consultants or wider networks and communities. The successful candidate will help to raise company profile and cement the firm as the market leader in its field and the 'go to' provider for the best consultants and the highest quality work.
You will work with the Leadership Team on all aspects of marketing strategy and planning, devising creative approaches and establishing frameworks to govern brand, channels, content, thought leadership and campaigns. The role holder will bring marketing capabilities to bear across multiple channels including the firm's website, the legal media, LinkedIn and social media and will have an important role in building networks and communities, creating and commissioning content and managing the thought leadership programme, as well as ensuring consistency with brand and messaging. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for all talent acquisition marketing activity and will support all recruitment and networking campaigns and events. You will also devise and lead a content plan to support the marketing strategy, co-ordinating all content creation.
The successful candidate will be a bright graduate with strong previous experience of shaping marketing and communications strategy, planning and execution, ideally gained in a professional services or management consultancy environment, to include establishing a network of suppliers and influencers to amplify messages and commission content. The Senior Marketing Manager must possess outstanding channel management, organisational and communication skills and an engaging and sophisticated writing style. In addition you will be adaptable, resilient, collaborative, have a track record of building strong and sustainable internal and external relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
