Digital Producer - £32-38k - W London - Perm

Working for a global brand you will support global ecommerce, brand websites and digital marketing programs.

This is an exciting opportunity, working with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and e-commerce delivery is achieved. 

Working closely with marketing managers and commercial teams globally, you will play an integral part in the development of online business for this exciting global brand. 

Key Accountabilities

Digital Marketing Support & Implementation:

  • Work with the marketing team to develop digital campaigns to support delivery of commercial objectives 
  • Support the e-marketing program via management of bulk email communications and the creation and distribution of e-newsletters
  • Administer Google Analytic profiles and generate ad-hoc reports

    Digital Rollouts:

  • Work with the Digital Project Manager to deliver detailed site rollout plans for brand subsidiaries and third party businesses
  • Act as the central testing lead, ensuring that the quality of all releases is to agreed standards
  • Maintain day-to-day contact with supporting agencies and external partners
  • Communicate rollouts and digital implementations to internal & external stakeholders
  • Act as point of contact for payment related communications

    Website support:

  • Work with third party marketing managers, acting as the primary digital point of contact for 50+ global third party markets
  • Manage the CMS & database systems to support third party website changes 
  • Validate third party requests and provide timeframes and feedback by managing team workflow and prioritisation
  • Daily contact with our development and payment partners

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a Digital based role, either agency or in-house
  • Experience of project managing major online projects via Microsoft Project (or similar) and rolling out new websites from concept to launch  
  • Experience of planning and implementing digital marketing and website delivery 
  • Experience and understanding of web Content Management Systems and CRM databases
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML and web editing software e.g. Dreamweaver
  • Design experience and working knowledge of design software e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign 
  • Ability to plan and prioritise personal duties and responsibilities whilst delivering on tight deadlines
  • Ability to make decisions, act independently to ensure the business objectives are met 
  • Excellent copywriting/editing skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills 
  • As a global organisation occasional travel will be required
