Head of Corporate Communications

The European comms strategy is driven from their London HQ and this role will own all PR and internal communications. You’ll be responsible for devising a European wide external and internal multi-channel communications programme that is tightly integrated with other marketing functions that will position the business as a thought leader. You’ll be developing successful communications campaigns with high profile stakeholders ranging from analysts, media and employees across all their key markets in Europe. This will require a fully integrated PR strategy that includes social media and content generation as well as driving best-in-class internal communications and CSR to support staff engagement. The position has several direct reports with a significant budget and accountability for a large agency supply chain.
To succeed in this role you must be a self-starter who can deliver results and have experience of working in an international matrix environment. You’ll be adept at internal and external stakeholder management and have plenty of corporate comms experience specifically across PR and internal communications, though this may be in any sector either agency or clientside.
