This niche and well established international law firm has a formidable reputation within litigation and insurance. It has grown significantly in recent years, boasts an open and collegiate partnership with a low staff turnover.  The firm has recently has been investing heavily in growing its business development function and has created a number of new roles.

In this Client Development Advisor role you will work with the firm’s insurance division and work closely with the partners, playing an advisory and coaching role and also hands on delivery.  The role will involve:

  • business planning,
  • leading steering group meetings on ideas for thought leadership campaigns, business development activities and growing clients,
  • managing a number of key clients,
  • undertaking managing client feedback,
  • client reporting,
  • client research and
  • pitch support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Business Development or Client Development Executive or Senior Client Development Executive looking for a new challenge. You will be bright and capable with the ability to influence and persuade partners. Knowledge of the insurance sector is highly desirable but not essential.
