Senior Manager - Risk Technology
My client a Big 4 consulting firm are looking for a Senior Manager to join their growing and very successful team, partnering with the top Investment Banks across the UK assessing and deploying Risk Management and Regulatory solutions. This role presents an opportunity for an individual to build and develop their expertise and knowledge within Capital Markets whilst at the same time further enhancing their consulting toolkit.
This role holds a core focus on FRTB(Fundamental Review of the Trading Book), Conduct Risk, Compliance and Technology. Being an important member of this team you will be expected to work together shaping and executing change with prominence on the FRTB. Senior Managers are expected to liaise with senior client stakeholders from various risk and technology functions executing Reg compliance and business transformation.
This is an opportunity to really drive your own success. Candidates will be expected to work very closely with sales teams driving and winning new business. With it being such a poignant time in the market with large amounts of change across Banking the Risk and Technology practice offers a real dynamic project opportunity for engaged professionals who want to succeed in their career.
Key attributes
*Must have a wealth of experience in consulting specifically within Risk Technology
*Experience working with client across Banking and Capital Markets
*An understanding of system implementations and technology architecture
*A strong record of managing large scale teams and strong people management skills
*An appreciation of pricing and risk analytic topics
*Experience with functional and business requirements, implementation and solution designing
*Excellent project delivery skills, with an in-depth understanding of project life cycle phases and project methods
*Industry recognised Project Management qualification
