Marketing Business Development Assistant

They are growing their business development and marketing functions.
Your new role
You will work with the Business Development Manager, to provide outstanding support to the fee earners in the across various business areas including corporate and finance , primarily in the London office. The London BD team will provide some support to the Dubai office, and will link in with the offices in Hong Kong, PRC, Australia, and smaller offices across Europe.
- Assist with the Legal 500 and Chambers submission process for the corporate submissions in London and be responsible for producing high quality submissions.
- Create, distribute and update brochures, advertisements, newsletters, social media items and other marketing collateral for relevant practice areas.
- Assist with the production of pitch and other credential documents and presentations.
- Create, manage and quality control marketing lists, via the firm's CRM system (InterAction) for BD activities, such as newsletter mailshots and event invitations. Work with the Executive Assistants to champion best practice of InterAction
What you'll need to succeed
You will have some previous marketing and BD experience in a business-to-business environment - preferably a professional services firm, and ideally a large London law firm. You will have excellent attention to detail, be well organised and also a results driven individual.
