Events Coordinator/Manager Job £150-£190pd
Your new company
You will be working for a global leading energy company, based in greater London. The company are currently deploying a global change programme and are seeking a events coordinator to support this change.
Your new role
- Support coordination of internal teams' efforts for key leadership events and acting as a contact source on event management issues to business
- Respond to requests for external and internal engagement events, making sound recommendations as to how an event can best meet the client's business objectives
- Maintain excellent working relationships with the team's clients, gaining an understanding of their business priorities and preferences, and providing a service which is both respectful and effective
- Liaise with key event service providers; develop and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers of varied event-related services, ensuring that they are fully competent and highly motivated to deliver an excellent service for the company
What you'll need to succeed
You will need prior experience in events management or coordinating. You will need experience managing and liaising with vendors alongside managing budgets. You will need to be open to commuting to the office location which is based in Greater London.
