CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
We are currently working on an exciting Client Relationship Manager position based in the London office for a leading International law firm based in their London office. This is very hands on role with a lot of responsibility and a focus on leading the client programme activity for the firms' key sectors. The main objective of the role is to liaise with senior stakeholders to advise and consult on client portfolio initiatives.
You will be delivering operational and strategic input to embed client initiatives and processes. The role involves handling key clients for the firm and is a good opportunity to get involved and take the lead on the strategy side; to produce and implement a client programme which is sector aligned. You will analyse the clients portfolio to assess the relationship, create objectives and push forward any change required.
In order to apply for this role, you will need to be degree educated or equivalent with strong client awareness. This role would suit someone coming either from the legal sector or from broader professional services who is able to display strong client account programme experience and commercial awareness. You will need to have previous client programme experience; the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and previous exposure to managing stakeholder expectations is also required.
