Our client is a well-known name specialising in distribution, logistics and mailing - which might not sound all that ‘exciting’, but for the right candidate, there are endless opportunities within this well-established organisation! 

Based close to Leamington, Rugby and Coventry, our client is a household name that offers security within a fun and friendly environment. You will be working within a niche and forward-thinking department that was launched 10 years ago and has experienced significant year on year growth since then.  This is an opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and campaign management to really make their mark!  

The Role

This role sits within the specialist mailing department and targets everyone from individuals, to small businesses and beyond.

Due to successful growth and ambitious growth targets, this thriving and specialist department is looking for a Campaign Executive to lead on campaigns to serve both new and existing customers.
You’ll be joining an established yet growing team, and will work with the Campaign Manager to execute monthly engagement campaigns.

In addition to developing creative and engaging campaigns, you’ll also be involved with further product development, so a commercial, ideas driven mindset will be vital. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign development; supporting the Campaign Manager with the creation of engaging sales campaigns
  • Social media; working with the Marketing team to promote deals across social media channels
  • Product development; supporting management with the creation of new products and packages from scratch
  • Competitor analysis; monitoring and reporting on all competitor activity
  • Pricing; take responsibility for the correct pricing of all products and packages across websites and marketing collateral

About You

We’re looking, first and foremost, for someone who is ideas driven and eager to learn new skills. The ideal candidate will have experience within a Marketing department and an understanding of emerging digital trends within the world of direct marketing. If you have experience of sites such as Moonpig, VistaPrint and MailChimp, this would be beneficial but it is not essential.

You’ll ideally be both creative and analytical, but most importantly keen to work in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
