This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced and demand-generation focused Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's team. You will be responsible for acquiring customers to the business's EMEA's E-Commerce site in the most effective way using both on-line and offline marketing methods.

Working as part of a new sales-driven direct-to-consumer model (B2C and some B2B) you will be responsible for shaping our customer centric commercial channels and have a direct effect on our revenues, customer acquisition and retention in the e-commerce stores.

As part of your key responsibilities you will directly manage a team of specialists on a day to basis and in terms of their professional and personal development.

We are looking for the following profile...
oGraduate with online international marketing experience gained in a retail e-commerce environment
oStrong analytical and numerical ability
oExperience in all online marketing acquisition techniques and channels - affiliate programmes, paid search, seo, display and re targeting, social content marketing, market places and e-mail
oProven track record of delivering increases in traffic and sales using online marketing methods across multiple channels
oExcellent attention to detail and results driven with experience of working strictly on a ROI basis
oPeople Management experience ideally in a HQ environment
oExperience of working in a multicultural team
oBusiness English, any other European language an advantage
