Overall purpose:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join the Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact during an important period of growth and join one of the UK's leading FTSE 250 construction companies. This is a dynamic role providing specific support to the Business Development Team, Leadership Team, and Group Communications colleagues, with a view to devising and delivering targeted and effective marketing and communication campaigns across a wide range of platforms and channels.

The Role:
·Work with the senior team to develop the marketing communications strategy for the business
·Manage and deliver well defined and targeted lead generation campaigns, measuring results and demonstrating impact/return on investment
·Work collaboratively with clients to deliver combined activities
·Oversee the day to day use of the marketing communications budget
·Devise and produce all marketing communications collateral in line with marketing plans
·Plan and implement targeted promotional campaigns across wide variety of channels from print to digital
·Plan and deliver a range of internal and external events
·Work closely with and manage agencies and other suppliers
·Write and edit effective copy/content for marketing communications

Skills required:
·Degree-level qualification or equivalent
·Ideally qualified chartered marketer
·Enthusiastic about the professional services sector and business to business marketing
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·Strong analytical skills and an understanding of using research and insight to inform marketing strategy
·Strong stakeholder management skills
·An understanding and user of social media platforms, both current and emerging.
·Experience of event planning and delivery
·Confident working with budgets and spreadsheets to manage marketing spend
