An entrepreneurial financial services business based in Hertfordshire are looking for a Head of (digital) Marketing. You will take a leadership role, leading the marketing team in delivering the go to market strategy. The business sales are traded significantly via digital channels, this is therefore very much a senior digital role.

The company have seen strong growth over recent years and are expanding their lines of business. As the Head of Marketing you are needed to drive forward the digital marketing and performance of the business. Managing a small team you will manage BAU digital marketing to drive performance alongside working on key strategic projects. You will be working on the review on their CRM and data processes and software, and online offering and website integration. Reporting into and presenting to the board you will be required to influence and be a champion of marketing within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketing manager to step up and lead a team or a junior head of marketing to move to a great business.
