Your new role
This is a London-level role, without the commute. Working with a portfolio of high-profile globally-based brands you will have ultimate accountability for on-boarding clients, creating engaging campaigns and leading delivery teams. No two days are the same; from providing creative briefs and channel strategies to delivering pitches and proposals. All the work is linked in internal communications so ideas need to be fresh and engaging. Part of the senior management team, you'll utilise you excellent communication skills to consult with stakeholders and take full responsibility for financial elements such as managing budgets and increasing account profitability. With career development opportunities available both in the UK and overseas; occasional travel will be required to the USA and London.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a wealth of experience in producing captivating marketing communications solutions. Previous Agency experience is essential, as is team leadership. Ideally you'll have a track record of employee engagement campaigns. A proven track record of meeting revenue and profitability goals and ensuring that your account teams operate at a high performance level. You'll be used to a fast-paced agency environment; organisation is key, as is motivation and a passion for all things marketing. A clean driving licence and willingness to travel.
