A global gaming company is relocating its marketing operation to the UK and consequently are seeking an individual to play a key role in its customer retention strategy. They are seeking a CRM Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, evaluating and optimising customer campaigns delivered via web, mobile and offline communications across their key brands.
Specifically you will plan and deliver customer programmes that will increase the active user base and generate identifiable value for the business, leveraging key events calendar, product innovations and customer events as well as designing new, and drive improvements to existing marketing programmes e.g. welcome, nurture, cross-sell/upsell, retention and reactivation. In addition you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver effective multi-channel marketing campaigns and promotions, and analyse campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for on-going improvements to drive customer KPIs.
