A leading communications agency with an established base of international and UK clients; they pride themselves on offering tailor-made consultancy-based services, both online and offline, to ensure that each campaign is as individual as the clients brief. Currently experiencing a growth period; this is a replacement role with a view to expanding the current client portfolio.
Your new role
You will have ultimate accountability for understanding your clients' needs and goals with a view to growing existing accounts and becoming a trusted partner to their business. Providing creative briefs and channel strategies as well as contributing to pitches and proposals. All work is linked to Internal Communications.
You will be an integral part of the organisation; project managing a team of account managers and executives to produce innovative, solution orientated, campaigns.
Utilising your excellent communication skills you will consult with stakeholders, lead campaign teams, present and pitch to clients. In addition you will take full responsibility for financial elements such as managing budgets and increasing account profitability.
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a wealth of experience in producing captivating B2B marketing communications solutions within a similar senior client-liaison role. Previous Agency experience is essential, as is team management and a track record in employee engagement. A proven track record of meeting revenue and profitability goals and ensuring that your account teams operate at a high performance level is necessary. You'll be used to a fast-paced agency environment; organisation is key, as is motivation and a passion for all things marketing. A clear driving licence and willingness to travel is also required.
