A digital marketing agency  is growing and therefore looking for a  Paid Social Specialist/Manager to join their team in UK.

They work to achieve long marketing partnerships with their clients, who are some of the largest gaming operators online. They help them attract new customers though performance marketing on social media, and they  aim to deliver excellence in the iGaming lead generation space. The logical next step is to expand the team with a Digital & Paid Specialist/Manager who will create and deliver marketing for their partners.

As a Digital & Paid Specialist, you will create the marketing concept as well as implement it on various medias. The Digital & Paid Specialist also monitors and measures campaign results to report effectiveness and optimize ROI. Being creative and utilising A/B testing is part of the performance strategy. You will be working closely with a team of other specialists and a designer, and reporting to the Head of Media.

To fit this role, you should:

  • Have a gaming background, or knowledge of Affiliate/PPC/SEO/Social Marketing
  • Know how to execute and optimise campaigns, and understand customer segmentation
  • Be familiar with Facebook’s Ad Manager
  • Have attention to detail and an analytic mind
  • Be solution-driven and strive for continuous improvement
  • Understand bidding models on Facebook (conversion, traffic, link clicks, impression etc)
  • Be driven by results
