Account Manager (French)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's Client Success Team as an Account Manager building long and valuable relationships with retail partners and shopping centre clients
We are working with a fast growing business based in central London who provide a uniquely powerful CRM platform to the retail industry
Contacting and liaising with store managers and head office to ensure they are achieving value from the program
Working with project managers and sales people to ensure new and expanding clients are happy with the products they have brought
Working on the team managing the growth of one of our largest clients, with particular focus on France
Working with clients to build and execute email, loyalty and CRM marketing strategies
Build long term relationships and grow accounts by identifying and targeting opportunities
Confidence to work with C level clients to plan marketing and loyalty strategy at the highest level Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience of outbound client contact - either on the phone or in person
Understanding of email, CRM and loyalty marketing.
Minimum 1-3 years Account Management experience.
